Well black holes have been one of the mysterious and exotic systems in cosmos ,A star heavier than 3 times or more than the mass of sun would most likely end up as black holes ,creating enormous gravity and a singularity(a point where the entire mass of black hole is concentrated) at the very center .The spacetime inside the black holes completely changes .
Any object even light crossing the boundary of black hole that is the event horizon would end up at singularity .The singularity is inevitable we cannot avoid the singularity at any cost. The consequence of this is due to the framework of space and time , the time dimension will become space and space dimension becomes time dimension. though this theory seems counterintuitive this can be one of the explanations of the presence singularity.
considering a hypothetical case that a person survives the enormous gravity of black hole and enters the event horizon. As he passes the horizon the space and time dimension flip and his path will eventually lead to singularity in time dimension with continuously running space.
The singularity is his near future and he cannot avoid it in the same way as he cannot avoid his next second of clock unless he dies.
finally he reaches a point where there is no time dimension but only a continuous space .
end of time at the singularity!
